Cole Labs built the Face Mouse app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by Cole Labs at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

Face Mouse collects no personal information other than what you directly enter into the application and what is provided to us by Apple’s systems and frameworks.

Your data is yours, we don’t want it! Any information that is collected stays 100% on your personal electronic devices. No data is transmitted to a remote service or server owend by Cole Labs or any of our affiliates.

Information Collection and Use

We do not require you to provide us with personally identifiable information.

Face Mouse collects TrueDepth Camera API data such as face position and face gesture measurements to allow user’s to control their computer with their face. Specifically this data is reduced into computer control information and is not persisted on the phone, transmitted over a network.

Log Data

The Face Mouse application may produce log files during normal access. If you previously opted-in through Apple, those log files will be shared back with Cole Labs to improve the performance and quality of Face Mouse.

Children’s Privacy

Face Mouse is for everyone. We do not collect personal information from anyone including children.
